Refund Policy


An eBook you purchase from is eligible for return if we receive your request within 72 hours of the date of purchase, and you have read less than 10 percent of the book. We will issue you a store credit, or process a full refund to your card—whatever your preference.

Printed Books

On the off chance your printed book arrives damaged, with a material manufacturing defect, or a material defect, or a material defect in workmanship, contact us via email within 30 days of receipt and we wil work with you to secure a replacement copy if necessary.

eBook Reissue due to Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that precent you from accessing or reading your purchased eBook, we are here to help. Technical issues may include, but are not limited to, corrupted files, problems with images or text, or compatibility issues with your reading device. Please contact: [email protected] with a description of the problem. You may be asked to provide evidence of the issue, such as screenshots or error messages. If we determine that the issue is due to a fault on our end, we will reissue a new copy of the eBook in the ePub format.


The reissue policy is only applicable for for the same eBook that you originally purchased. Reissues are strictly replacements and not meant to provide an updated or alternative version of the eBook.
